Once the PO document has been created and saved, there may be times
when you will need to edit the PO document. There are two ways to edit the
PO; Revising the PO and Voiding a PO. We will detail when and how you
will need to complete the two separate functions.
When it comes to Voiding or Revising a PO, here are some Key Reminders.
- If you are updating info, such as Pricing, Qty, Contact info; you can Revise the PO
- If you are changing vendors you need to Void PO
- If a vendor invoice has come in (AP Sequence message), you are
unable to alter the existing line item. You will have to create a new
line item and may have to get a credit from the vendor. Please feel

However, XOMS makes this a cinch as they are both accessed from the Job
Documents tab menu.
