We sincerely apologize but we are unable to change an address on a shipment even when our account is used. UPS will not even let us attempt to make changes as our account is for billing purposes only.
Only the shipper of record (supplier) can make these changes. This is also for security reasons because if we were able to make these changes, we would be able to make them for all shipments and it would be consider fraudulent. For change of address:
iPROMOTEu is only considered the shipper when a package is shipped out of your physical location. Your account is almost always used as a “third Party” bill to account. Here is a snapshot from our tariff that explains “third party” and any damaged shipment would not be returned to you, it would go back to the shipper for inspection as they are the ones who packaged the product.
