When you purchase a block of hours, your Sales Support Specialist is saving those hours for your use which prevents them from taking on additional hours, so the hours do NOT roll over. They will e-mail mid-week if you haven’t used your hours to inquire about possible tasks you could assign or you can request daily updates. Additionally, many affiliates have special projects that they assign to their Sales Support Specialist in the case of a week where there isn’t much to do so that they can work on those projects.
